Week 7- initial ideas and point of view statement

Starting points I can develop further:

1. Make an app that has activities for parents to do with their children.
2. Have events where parents can take their children along to play games and meet other parents and children.
3. Make a board game that has activities/tasks that can be done inside or outside.

4. "What's more important? Your phone or your kid?"
5. Brand names:

Our time
Activity time
Time zone
Activity zone
Play zone
ActiviMe
Kidconnect
Play, care, connect
Kidtime

POV Statement:

Kate is a very busy parent of a 7 year old girl. She works everyday and picks up her daughter from school, and goes home feeling tired and just wants to relax. However her daughter Lucy is very energetic and wants to do something fun before homework, dinner, and then bed. Kate wants to prepare dinner as well as relax as it's been a long day. Kate feels that cooking dinner and her relaxing time is more important than doing something with her child.

Being a busy parent can be quite tiring while juggling everything life throws at you. Such as your work, the responsibility of your children, as well as trying to squeeze in some free time.
So, working around your busy schedule, the weather, and activity restrictions, ActiviMe supplies you with lists of activities as a great way for you to connect with your child, within both a money and time budget.
